Subscription Terms

1. Subject Matter
1.1. These Subscription Terms govern the purchase, use, and cancellation of paid subscriptions and other paid services in the RabbitMatch Application.
1.2. Available plans and pricing:

1.3. Current pricing is always available in the Application under "Profile" → "Settings" → "Subscription". The Operator may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect.
2. Subscribing
2.1. To subscribe, the User:
• selects a plan in the Application;
• reviews the plan description and price;
• confirms agreement with these Terms (active action — clicking the confirmation button);
• completes payment via: Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing.
2.2. The subscription activates immediately upon successful payment confirmation. The User receives confirmation at the specified email or a notification in Telegram.
2.3. Auto-renewal. If a subscription includes automatic renewal:
• The User is explicitly informed of this before payment;
• Renewal occurs automatically at the end of each billing period;
• A renewal reminder is sent 3–7 days before the renewal date;
• The User may cancel auto-renewal at any time through the subscription management section.
3. Cancellation
3.1. Users may cancel their subscription at any time via:
• "Profile" → "Settings" → "Subscription" → "Cancel subscription" in the Application;
• Email request to info@rabbitmatch.pro;
• App Store (Apple ID settings) for iOS purchases;
• Google Play (Google Play settings) for Android purchases.
3.2. Upon cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
3.3. Blocking for violations. In case of breach of the Agreement, Advertising Policy, or other policies, the Operator may immediately cancel the subscription without refund for the unused period and block the Account. A User whose subscription is cancelled due to a violation is not entitled to a refund.
3.4. Changes to subscription terms. If included features change materially, the Operator will notify Users 14 days in advance. In case of material degradation, Users may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for the unused period.
4. Operator's Rights
4.1. The Operator reserves the right to:
• change pricing with 30 days' notice;
• change plan content with 14 days' notice;
• introduce new plans without notice;
• discontinue paid services with 30 days' notice (pro-rated refunds will be issued);
• immediately cancel a subscription and block an Account for breach of Agreement, without compensation.
4.2. The Operator is not responsible for failures of third-party payment systems, delays in crediting funds, or errors by payment providers.
5. Payment details
5.1. The Operator does not store User payment card data. All payment data is processed through certified payment services in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.
