Court Booking Rules

These Rules govern the booking of sports venues through the RabbitMatch Application. 1.2. The Application acts as an intermediary platform between Users and venue owners. The Operator is not the owner or lessor of courts and is not liable for the physical condition, surface quality, availability of equipment, or other characteristics dependent on the venue owner. 2. Booking Process 2.1. The User selects a venue, date, time, and duration. 2.2. The system checks the availability of the selected slot. 2.3. The User confirms the booking and pays via the Application's payment service. 2.4. After successful payment, the User receives a booking confirmation with a unique order number. 2.5. The booking is confirmed only upon successful payment. 3. Rights and Obligations 3.1. The User must: • arrive at the court at the booked time; • comply with venue rules; • not transfer the booking to third parties without approval; • notify the Operator of cancellation in accordance with the Refund Policy. 3.2. The Operator may: • cancel bookings for technical reasons with a full refund; • suspend booking access for Users who repeatedly violate rules or cancel bookings 2 times per month; • change booking prices with 12 hours' notice. 3.3. The Operator is not liable for: • force majeure (weather, venue closure, health restrictions); • court quality and condition; • venue owner actions after confirmation; • injuries or health damage on the premises. 4. Special Conditions 4.1. Uncoordinated advertising at the venue. It is prohibited to use the reserved court for commercial events or promotions without prior approval from the Operator. 4.2. Booking on behalf of an organization. If a User books a court for an event with a commercial component (paid tournaments, sponsored events), the User is obliged to notify the Operator and obtain written consent.
