End User License Agreement (EULA)

The Licensor grants the User (Licensee) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the RabbitMatch Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices owned or controlled by the User. 1.2. The license does NOT include the right to: • copy, reproduce, or distribute the Application; • modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer it; • create derivative works; • sublicense or transfer rights to third parties; • use the Application to build a competing product; • use commercially without written Licensor consent; • remove or alter copyright notices. 1.3. The license remains in effect as long as the User complies with the Agreement. Any breach terminates the license automatically. 2. Intellectual Property Rights 2.1. All rights, including copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other IP rights in the Application belong to the Licensor. 2.2. "RabbitMatch", the logo, and other brand identifiers are trademarks of the Licensor and may not be used without prior written consent. 2.3. Any suggestions, feedback, or improvement ideas shared by the User become the property of the Licensor without any compensation obligation. 3. Platform Requirements 3.1. Apple App Store. This EULA is between the User and the Licensor, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Application. Apple is a third-party beneficiary under this EULA. 3.2. Google Play. This EULA is between the User and the Licensor, not Google LLC. Google is not responsible for the Application. 3.3. Telegram Mini App. Use via Telegram is also governed by Telegram's Terms of Service. 3.4. Export Compliance. User confirms they are not located in a country subject to Georgian or US government embargo and are not on any sanctions lists. 4. Termination 4.1. The Licensor may immediately and unilaterally terminate the license upon any User breach of the EULA or Agreement. 4.2. Upon termination, User must immediately cease using and delete all copies of the Application.
